SOM Film Project is
now showing at 8pm in the
student lounge.
Cast
Meeting— 4/04/01
Cast
met at Sean's apartment to review the script and their parts.
Shooting
are scheduled for May 10, 12, 13, 26 and 27. The first two
events
will be a simulated lecture scene and a club scene. All cast
headshots
have been taken. Equipment vendor has also been secured.
Headshots
— 4/01/01
Headshots
of cast and crew were taken in the MDL Room 4 by Ed Dyer
from
10-1pm on Sunday. Our make-up artists did a fabulous job putting
on
the finishing hair and make-up touches.
Pre-production
Meeting — 3/27/01
The
entire crew met at Sean's apartment on March 27 to make final
decisions
regarding the script and main cast for the shoot. The actual
shooting
dates are scheduled for May 10, 11, 12, and 13. Crewmembers
were
divided into groups to plan the details for each of the scenes.
Ed
Dyer will take headshots of the cast and crew on Sunday.
Film
Budget Appoved — 3/12/01
On
March 12, Sean Hashmi and crewmembers met with Dr. Daley,
Dr.
Resnik, and Dr. Savoia to discuss funding for the Film Project.
During
the meeting, a detailed description of the Project's Mission
and
Budget Proposal was presented by Sean. The presentation also
included
a showcase of a video clipping and photographs of the
auditions,
as well as the Project's current web page. The response
from
Dr. Daley, Dr. Resnik, and Dr. Savoia was very positive and
supportive.
They unanimously voted to fund the entire proposed
budget
for the film.
